Adult Hockey
Rolling Meadows Adult Hockey League (RMAHL)
The Rolling Meadows Park District offers several skill level divisions to fit any players ability (B, C1, C2, H1, H2). The league is designed to provide participants with a fun, competitive atmosphere. Registration is taken on a team or individual basis. Each team is guaranteed a set number of games including at least one playoff game. Games consist of three 14 minute stop time periods with two referees and a scorekeeper. Days and times of games are on a random
schedule.
Registration is taken for both teams and individuals.

Adult Open Hockey (18 and over)
Players skate and get some exercise in a non-competitive atmosphere. Players divide into 2 teams each day. All sessions are no-check with a minimum age of 18 years. Bring a light and dark jersey.
All sessions will be held at the West Meadows Ice Arena except where noted)
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings:
Friday afternoons: 2
Cost is $10.00 per session or a $45.00 punch card/6 sessions.
Goalies are free of charge.
Full equipment including helmets is required at all times.

ADULT MENS AND WOMENS GOALIES
This camp will focus on the many aspects of goaltending for the adult leagues. Angles, rebounds, save techniques and more will be covered. Live shots and drills will be run each ice time, with goalies welcome to attend the skills clinic at no extra cost.

ADULT MENS AND WOMENS SKATERS
This camp will focus on the many aspects skating and skills. Including stride mechanics, speed, agility, backwards skating, transitions, stops, edge control, puck control, shooting, passing and more. Players must wear full equipment. Dates and Times Monday Nights 9:25p-10:45p
