2009 RENEGADE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
Two New Programs to Reduce Players Fees !
For the upcoming 2009-2010 House hockey season, we will be offering two programs that will allow families to offset up to 100% of their Fall hockey fees. Our first program will be the Rolling Meadows Renegades Ad/Yearbook. This book will include Renegade information from the season, team pages, including team photos, along with lists of players and coach. The book will also include advertising slots for Sponsors of our program. The second program will be the Renegade Maroon sponsor You can get corporations and local businesses to sponsor your child and they receive increased advertising benefits as well as you receiving money to pay down your fall fees.
RENEGADE AD / YEARBOOK
This Fall the Renegade Youth Hockey Organization will again be putting out our yearbook. This book will include a team picture and list of players for every team in our program as well as Ads that are sold by our players. Every player that sells an ad will have a certain portion of that sponsorship go towards their Fall fees. Advertising specifics:
Full Page (8.5”x11” vert prefered) Sponsorship = $150.00 To fees = $105.00 Half Page (8.5”x 5.5”) Sponsorship = $100.00 To fees = $85.00 Quarter Page (4.25” x 5.5”) Sponsorship = $75.00 To fees = $65.00 Business Card size Sponsorship = $25.00 To fees = $20.00 Sponsors simply need to fill out the order form, include a check made payable to the Rolling Meadows Park District, place the players name on the check, and include a high quality black and white piece of artwork for the ad (including any text and layout for the ad). Digistal media artwork is prefered.
RENEGADE MAROON SPONSOR
The Renegade Maroon Sponsor is the highest of honors when it comes to Sponsoring a Renegade youth hockey player. A Maroon Sponsor has the following specifics:
$300.00 Sponsorship
Full page ad in the Renegade Ad/Yearbook
Advertiser’s name sign placed at Sports Complex
$215.00 goes towards players fees
Name, logo, phone number and link placed on our web-site
The Fine Print!
All families and sponsors will receive a free yearbook
All fee adjustments will be done after the close of ad sales on Monday Oct 1, 2007
Credit to skaters will not exceed amount of fees due
No refunds will be given on sponsorships that exceed fees due
Only paid ads qualify for credit
Skaters are responsible for collecting payments, ads and info
Skaters should return an ad form, copy of ad (do not fold) and a check payable to Rolling Meadows Park District, to West Meadows office
Year book will be professionally printed
Players must submit all ads at one time. Please place all ads in a large envelope
Please be sure that the players name is on all checks and all ad registration forms
Artwork prefered on CD or 3.5 disk or email
Player will receive a refund check for the amount of sponsorship collected up to paid Fall fee, from the RMPD.
