Summer Hockey Clinics


Renegades Forward Clinic

This one week clinic, for current hockey players in levels 10U through 14U, focuses on skills for the "Forward" position of hockey. Clinic meets Monday through Friday.  Offered twice this summer!

Fee:  $75/week  ($50 for spring Renegades players)

Renegades Defenseman Clinic

This one week clinic, for current hockey players in levels 10U through 14U, focuses on skills for the "defense" position of hockey. Clinic meets Monday through Friday.  Offered twice this summer!

Fee:  $75/week  ($50 for spring Renegades players)

Week 1: CLOSED - NO ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
              
Week 2: July 9 through 13, 12:25-1:50p

2018 SHOOTING CLINIC

A "how to” clinic covering the mechanics on shooting. Players will learn the proper mechanics for age appropriate shooting wrist shot, back hand, slap shot, puck elevation and more, plus how to apply these shots to goal scoring situations on the ice. Players are taught the step by step stages of each shot with homework to be used to improve their shots at home.

Bantam and High School players will add focus on quick release, one timer shots, tip -ins and rebounds

Players must wear full equipment and sign and pay before entering the ice for the clinic.

2018 SKATING CLINIC

A "how to” clinic covering the mechanics on skating. Players will learn the proper mechanics for stride, stopping, turns, crossovers, backward skating, and agility, plus how to apply these skating maneuvers to situations on the ice. Players are taught the step by step stages of each skating technique with homework to be used to improve their skating at home.
14u - High School players will focus on power, quick feet, endurance and speed.
 
Players must wear full equipment and sign and pay before entering the ice for the clinic.
